PDC drill bit is small devices used that revolutionized the drilling industry with a wide application range and high rate of penetration (ROP) potential. They are manufactured using synthetic diamond cutters in either steel or matrix body material. They exhibit high abrasion resistance, high impact resistance and high thermal stability. PDC drill bit is used to shear rock with a continuous scraping motion.
